Living positively

Being infected with HIV doesn't mean you will die tomorrow. If you live positively and look after yourself you can live with the virus for many years. Living positively means eating well, keeping fit, resting, treating minor infections quickly, thinking positively and not letting stigma and discrimination get you down. Many people are afraid of HIV, but we only have ourselves to fear. People who are infected need our care and support. Share the brave experiences of people infected with, and affected by, HIV here.
